HIV Prevention Interventions with Most at-Risk Population (MARPs)
Pact Cambodia, Under a
cooperative award issued by the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID) through Pact Community REACH, is
pleased to announce this grant competition to local non-governmental
organizations (NGOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs) and
community-based organization (CBOs) currently responding or with the
capacity to quickly and efficiently respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic
in Cambodia especially in the area of HIV Prevention with Most
AT-Risk Populations including men who have sex with men (MSN) and
Entertainment Worker.
The attached file have more detailed information regarding public
request fro application and application form. In addition, we will
conduct a public meeting on the Request for Application (RFA),
introduction to proposal, budget formats and respond to questions
from applicants on Monday 23 April, 2007 at 2:30 PM at Pact
conference room (Phnom Penh Center, Building A, 3rd floor, Corner
Sihanouk & Sothearos Blvd, Phnom Penh).
Location: Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Siem Reap, Sihanouk
Ville, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham and Phnom Penh. However, Pact will
consider programs in other areas acknowledged to have increasing
and/or underserved population of most at-risk groups (MARPs)
