In 2007 the
Mainstreaming Anti-corruption for Equity (MAE) project, Pact
Cambodia and USAID identified the need for more information to
feed the debate on anti-corruption in the country. To this end,
MAE is implementing a mechanism for the quick-administration of
small awards for diagnostic and analytical products.
